Job Overview: Seeking a Clinical Development Professional to strategize, plan, and manage clinical activities for cancer immunotherapy development in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Design early-phase clinical trials for novel cancer treatments, write trial documents.
• Assist with clinical site selection and train trial personnel for study success.
• Monitor trials, analyze data, and contribute to publications and regulatory meetings.
• Build partnerships with academic, pharmaceutical, and patient advocacy groups.
• Ensure ethical compliance and maintain disease expertise to support strategic efforts.

Primary Job Requirements:

• MD/PhD in hematology / oncology with 3-5 years as Oncology Medical Director in pharma/biotech, extensive experience in IO drug development to market in the US/EU.
• Expert in clinical trial design, regulatory standards, and can independently support complex research with minimal direction.
• Dual clinical and research background in hematology / oncology, immunology, or immunotherapy.
• Strong team player with outstanding communication skills, willingness to travel for project needs.
