UST HealthProof is looking for a highly energetic and collaborative Claims Operations Trainer who is responsible for the development, implementation and management of training and business process improvement initiatives of HealthProof customers. The Claims Trainer will develop, implement and manage IKA System learning and development programs for HealthProof customers who have or are in the process of implementing IKA applications. Work collaboratively to facilitate the design, development and implementation of policies, procedures and practices related to business operations using IKA.
The Opportunity:
- Help clients define business problems requiring business process improvements and training.
- Deliver training recommendations to clients after analyzing the business/technology ecosystem of the client.
- Design curriculum that reflects the configuration and business processes of operations based on IKA System
- Identify best practices for IKA-related workflow and business processes.
- Recommend accelerators, reusable assets etc. as required.
- Shortlist potential opportunities and execute consulting engagements focused on IKA process mapping, training and standard operating procedure development.
- Engage with client stakeholders during advisory engagements.
- Develop the Health Proof brand with the client.

What you need:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of overall experience in training for claims operations end users, project management, and system/process implementation, with at least 2 years of Medicare Advantage claims experience.
- Minimum of three years of hands-on experience with IKA System
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- The ability to understand speak technology.
- Thorough understanding of agile software development methodologies
- Ability to coach the team to reach their full potential.
- Ability to gel with the team well and build a self-organized and highly energetic team.
- Overall Experience level: 3+ years of claims processing and/or MA Claims SME experience. Experience in business requirement definition, training, project management, and IKA System/process implementation.
- Management consulting and health plan operations experience preferred.
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
Role Location: Remote
Compensation Range: $50,000-$70,000
