This role offers the opportunity to lead mechanical design and development efforts, from prototyping to production, while contributing to groundbreaking research. Responsibilities:

• Research, design, and develop prototypes, CAD models, and production-ready parts.
• Establish and manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on technical projects.
• Lead mechanical development for advanced systems across various industries.

Requirements:

• Experience in mechanical/electromechanical design and prototyping.
• Strong engineering fundamentals (statics, dynamics, thermodynamics, materials science).
• Ability to adapt to technical challenges and diverse project scopes.
• Bonus: Familiarity with ceramics, composites, or advanced materials.
• 5 10+ years in R&D and advanced manufacturing.
