Statement of Work:
The FBI currently utilizes Maximo as its enterprise supply chain management solution. Branded as the Asset Management System (AMS), Maximo has been configured to meet FBI-specific needs. Under the Bureau s System Operations Unit (SOU) within the Accounting and Technology Section (ATS), the IBM team uses Agile methodology to provide support for infrastructure, enterprise integration, software development, and technical support for the AMS application. In doing so, AMS supports business processes to include, but not limited to, tracking the lifecycle of accountable and non-accountable assets; managing asset receipt, creating tracking, maintenance, disposal, and valuation processes; providing greater visibility into asset history; automating commonly used forms and requests for service; and embedding workflow and email notifications into everyday asset management processes and preventative maintenance tracking. In addition, IBM performs these duties to support the annual enterprise inventory process.
Task Description:
Maximo Senior Application Developer will design and implement auto-scripts and customized java development solutions as directed by the Project Application Architect. He or she will work closely with the functional and development teams to meet the business requirements of the client.
The Senior Developer is responsible for overseeing program design, development, unit testing, debugging, documentation, and quality assurance reviews. The Lead Senior Developer instructs, directs, and oversee other technical personnel. The Lead Senior Developer shall report all residual deficiencies, complete all change management activities, including FBI change control boards, and receive approval prior to installing releases into production environments. Shall update all release-related documentation, including, but not limited to, the following: Process Description Document (PDD), Consolidated Configuration Document, System Security Plan, User Manual, O&M Manual, Training Plan and Scripts, Requirements Traceability Document, and as configured application specifications.

Required skills/Level of Experience:
- Must have at least seven (7) years of software development experience with hands-on practical experience in the specific programming languages and technologies to be used in customizing Java Classes and Objects in Maximo.
- Shall have at least five (5) years of experience with Maximo.
- Shall have completed the IBM Certified Application Development Maximo Application Platform V3.2.1 certification process within the past three (3) years.
- Must have experience in configuration and installation of interfaces between Maximo and a COTS applications.
- Must have a Professional certification as a Java Developer/Programmer.
- Must be a Certified Infrastructure Deployment Professional Maximo Asset Management V7.6 or an IBM Certified Advanced Deployment Professional Maximo Asset Management V7.06.
- Experience with Maximo mobile solutions is highly preferable.

Nice to have skills:
- 2+ years experience with java class extension in IBM Maximo 7 or later
- 2+ years experience with creating and editing xml files
- 2+ years experience with Mobile App Development for Android and/or iOS
- Experience working with agile implementation teams
- Experience with federal government contract work, preferably DOJ agencies
