As a Marketing Project manager, you will
- Planning: Develops project plans that outline the scope, objectives, timelines, and resources required to hit our target completion of full marketing program roll out of December 2025
- Organizing: Coordinates necessary tasks, key resources, and required team members to ensure smooth project execution.
- Leading: Guides and motivates the marketing team, ensuring everyone is aligned with project goals and deadlines, while also taking initiative to kick off necessary project deliverables, such a survey deployment, integration with our ABM team, being informed of events, etc
- Monitoring: Tracks marketing project progress, identifies potential risks, and adjusts as necessary to stay on schedule.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, and/or 5+ years of marketing project management experience
- PMP certification a plus
- 2-5 years of experience developing and executing integrated marketing projects
- Strategic design of business process in a complex and matrix environments
- Ability to manage various stakeholders and build bridges at the local levels across marketing, sales, etc.
- Track record of partnerships with cross-functional teams, including work with agencies, operations, production, and executive stakeholders
- Digital savvy inclusive of project management tools
- Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Business proposals, market research and/or related presentation samples may be required as writing/planning examples.
