About the Job
Our client is looking for a creative and analytical Senior Manager, User Acquisition, to lead their audience growth strategy. This is a high impact, high visibility role based in San Mateo, California and reporting to the VP of Marketing.

- Own and drive our global user acquisition strategy across organic and paid media channels to meet our active audience, awareness and subscriptions goals
- Manage a paid marketing agency to advise on a strategy that effectively balances awareness driving and subscriber acquisition efforts across channels
- Lead our SEO and ASO efforts in conjunction with our product teams, platform partners and agency
- Partner with our BI and Analytics teams to analyze UA performance across campaigns and channels with a strong understanding of attribution methodologies to measure and optimize on our media mix
- Execute and operate our organic social and partnerships in conjunction with the brand/integrated marketing team, owning all reporting and analytics for these channels
- Collaborate across teams for cohesive end to end marketing campaign success
- Develop and manage a team of 3 reports across locations and time zones
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 8+ year of work experience in digital marketing, with an emphasis on growth marketing and both paid and organic channels
- 3+ years experience managing a team of direct reports
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and other data reporting and visualization tools such as Looker and Amplitude
- Solid understanding of paid marketing channels and social media platforms (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Sprout Social etc.) and their analytics tools
- Deep knowledge of user acquisition channels and their measurement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience collaborating in a fast paced and highly cross-functional environment
- Familiarity with Asana and marketing analytics tools
