About the Job
As a Senior Retention Marketing Manager, you will drive vendors' product engagement, satisfaction and advocacy for our vendor solutions through tailored marketing strategies and VoC initiatives. You will partner closely with B2B marketing and channel teams to implement retention marketing campaigns, content strategy and customer feedback programs.
This position will help design and implement marketing campaigns to engage and retain our vendor base and ensure their adoption and success with TKWW's vendor solutions. You will work closely with product and marketing partners to build a retention marketing strategy, including establishing channel objectives, tactics and content roadmaps. You will work with passionate, talented individuals committed to driving satisfaction and success among our vendor customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Marketing strategy - Leverage customer insights and data to design and optimize retention marketing efforts, including identifying customer segments, messaging/positioning and channel strategies.
- Go-to-market - Partner with marketing channel owners to launch, track and optimize customer engagement and retention efforts.
- Content Strategy - Develop and execute content and communication strategies for key vendor initiatives including in-product messaging, email communications, and vendor feedback programs.
- Campaign Performance - Analyze program and campaign effectiveness, share key learnings and make recommendations about future growth opportunities
- Market Intelligence - Proactively stay on top of competitors' strategies and market trends and drive follow-up actions.
- Customer Insights - Understand our vendors' goals, needs and pain points in managing their businesses and navigating our solutions through self-directed research or in partnership with internal research teams.
SUCCESSFUL SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER CANDIDATES HAVE:
- Minimum 5-7 years product marketing experience
- Experience marketing to small businesses strongly preferred
- Works well cross-functionally, particularly with product, creative and channel teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time, prioritizing and organizing effectively
- Outstanding writer and editor with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong player-coach mentality, excels at strategic thinking as well as rolling up sleeves to get things done
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with all levels of management
- Bachelor's Degree with a strong academic record
