Maximus is currently hiring for a Senior Manager - Program Support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and/or review all project documentation, plans, and reports while ensuring adherence to the contract.
- Ensure that all program activities operate within the procedures defined by the organization.
- Ensure the program operates within the approved budget.
- Set priorities, consolidate schedules, and monitor activities to ensure program success.
- Ensure all cross project dependencies are identified and communicated to project teams and stakeholders.
- Supervise program staff by providing direction, input, and feedback.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business strategies.
- Monitor program risks and ensure appropriate actions are taken, including escalating issues timely to the project director.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable requirements of the contract, state and federal regulations.
- Create and manage an ongoing development program that will improve the skills of CCO trainers.
- Develop a competency based observation assessment plan and oversee and/or perform trainer observations that will drive consistency and high quality of delivery
- .Research and recommend trainer learning that will benefit the development of trainers and/or training managers.
- Develop and administer a net promoter (NPS) approach to gathering operational feedback on trainer and training programs.
- Coordinate cross training of training resources as training schedule allows, identifying trainers ready to take on a new skill.
- Develop a collaborative working partnership with other training leadership, Operations, CMS, and content training contractor.
- Oversee assigned staff allocating assignment and ensuring work is completed ontime and according to procedure.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in training and development. Attend relevant conferences, workshops, or webinars.
- Conduct regular training needs analysis to identify gaps and areas of improvement in the current training onboarding program. This could involve surveys, interviews, or focus groups with trainers and trainees.
- Travel will be required for this position.
The 6 month time in position rule can be waived for CCO employees under the following circumstances: employees who were in an acting role and have returned to their home base position, employees who are currently in an acting/limited-service role applying to the same role that is RFT, employees who were unable to return to a homebase position at the end of their acting role, or limited-service employees that are unable to secure a lateral or promotional position for continued employment at the end of their limited assignment.
This position is fully remote and will require a home office.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 7-10 years of relevant professional experience required.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.

Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment.
