Sr. Manager of Secured Lending Strategy

The Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands is seeking a Sr. Manager of Secured Lending Strategy. The Sr. Manager of Secured Lending Strategy is responsible for being a be part of a team that is a key player in all performance outcomes for field operations and corporate operations. You would report to the Sr. Director of Secured Lending Strategy and use your extensive SQL and Power BI skillset and reporting knowledge to complete projects crucial to understanding the performance of our business.
Responsibilities:
- Provides support, through reporting and analytics, to assist the Secured Lending Strategy Team in its effort to support the Executive Team and Field Leadership.
- Plan and direct the day-to-day operations for the department with demonstrated ownership of more complex tasks or projects assigned.
- Serve as subject matter expert and tie together ideas from senior leadership into actionable reporting solutions to meet specific objectives for Field Operations Performance, Operational Bonus Program and vision for Secured Lending for the company.
- Perform and review data extraction and mining on all Ad Hoc Reporting.
- Works closely with Sr. Director in conducting current business trends.
- Prepare reoccurring reports that are provided to Field and Corporate Leadership.
- Participate in fast-paced tasks that must be completed in a timely manner.
- Bachelor's Degree, preferred but not required.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in an analyst role.
- 2-3 years of management experience over a team or as an individual contributor with leading processes and ideas.
- Able to see the big picture on specific needs driven from the field or Executive Leadership to lead projects as needed.
- Willingness to assist other team members as needed on assigned tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SQL and Power BI skills are a must.
