Maximus is seeking a passionate and proactive Senior HR Manager to support the Clinical Services division. This role serves as a business partner to operational leaders providing comprehensive HR support and guidance in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Key responsibilities include managing HR processes, performance and talent management, facilitating change management initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements including clinical credentialing. The ideal candidate will inspire engagement, commitment to continuous improvement, lead with courageous empathy, collaborate and influences to achieve results, and drives strategy and innovation.
As the HR lead for our small yet vital division, you'll have the opportunity to spearhead initiatives that directly influence our community. Your efforts will be recognized and celebrated across the company, offering exposure and visibility at all levels. This role is ideal for someone with clinical experience, strong analytical skills, and a passion for creating streamlined processes and innovative HR programs.
**This role is 100% remote.
About the Clinical Services program: As the national leader in independent, specialized assessments, we help individuals of all ages with complex needs receive government-sponsored care and support necessary to improve their quality of life. From children and youth to adults and older adults, we work with individuals representing the entire developmental spectrum. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance to senior leadership on HR-related matters and contribute to organizational planning and decision-making processes.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding processes to integrate new employees into the organization.
- Serve as the corporate interface for human resources and payroll coordination.
- Develop, update, and communicate human resources policies and procedures.
- Track employee satisfaction, address grievances, and initiate improvement processes.
- Maintain personnel data including. employment and other pertinent information.
- Maintain the privacy and security of employee information, files, and performance reviews.
- Participate in training activities and coordinate development efforts.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues, resolving conflicts and fostering a positive work environment.
- Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and fairness.
- Review and make recommendations on salary, bonuses, and awards.
- Oversee direct reports, provide supervision, monitor performance, and provide counseling as needed.
Minimum Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 7-10 years of relevant professional experience required.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards.
