As Senior Manager, Global Healthcare Workforce Strategy and Programs you will unleash your leadership and strategic capabilities to help drive J&J’s enterprise global healthcare workforce strategy – as you translate insights into transformational program solutions, assets, and communications, identify and action catalytic grant-funding opportunities to innovative organizations, and measure our collective impact. The role will report into the Director, Healthcare Workforce Strategy and Programs, Global Health Equity.You will collaborate with leaders and partners from across the world, as you engage cross-functional Global Health Equity team members and leaders from across J&J Innovative Medicine and J&J MedTech and make a lasting difference by engaging and learning from NGOs, multilateral health organizations, foundations, private sector innovators, and others.Joining our team means being part of something bigger than yourself. Strategy and Activation of the J&J GHE Community Impact Grant Program
• Drive strategy recommendations for annual operating plans for the GHE community impact grant portfolio.
• Lead partner selection, program design, and measurement of the grant portfolio, engage with grantee organizations at the field level to make recommendations to enhance their programs and impact, and work with the grantee organizations and internal stakeholders to track progress against and optimize program equity impact.
• Closely partner with the GHE Communications Team to develop a suite of assets that enable J&J employees to effectively learn about Community Impact Grant Program impact and integrate program activation, stories, and impact into the J&J signature health equity communications campaign.Strategy and Activation of J&J My Health Can’t Wait Community Wellness Events
• Drive annual strategies and implementation plans for impactful My Health Can’t Wait activation, in close collaboration with the GHE Team, J&J Sectors and external partners.
• Drive the successful execution of all events, managing day-to-day operations with J&J teams in the GHE and J&J IM and J&J MedTech Sectors, and externally – with global community, healthcare workforce, and health system partners.
• Closely partner with the GHE Communications Team to develop a suite of assets that enable J&J employees to effectively learn about My Health Can’t Wait Impact, opportunities to engage with / volunteer within the events, and integrate event activation, stories, and impact into the J&J signature health equity communications campaign.Insights, Analytics, and Alignment to Strengthen Health Equity Impact:
• Become a subject matter expert on and proactively scan the global landscape for the needs and trends in the areas of health equity and healthcare worker support.
• Conduct research to better understand key issues driving health equity gaps, with an eye towards unlocking innovative solutions for J&J to make a meaningful contribution.
• Partner with internal measurement and evaluation and insights teams to measures and optimize program investments for maximum effectiveness
• Manage day-to-day operations between J&J and health equity organizations and marketing agencies executing J&J global health equity strategies and plans.Qualifications
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required
• A minimum of 8 years in business and/or healthcare leadership roles is required.
• A minimum of 5 years commercial marketing roles is required,
• Experience in stakeholder engagement, business leadership, executive presence, proficiency with “dot connecting”, influencing without authority, creating long term impact and enhancing the reputation of organization is required
• Experience in Health Equity is a strong asset.
• Strong marketing experience inclusive of launching and leading paid media campaigns and owned social media strategies.
• Track record designing ground-breaking programs for healthcare professionals and patients with positive outcomes.
• Deep understanding of healthcare, the needs of patients and the nurses, healthcare workers, and providers who serve them.
• Able to anticipate trends, envision the future and inspire change.
• Highly analytical, able to see through data and identify actionable insights.
• Strong strategic ability to think creatively, conceptually and critically to solve challenging problems.

Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year.
