You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence financial goals and implement initiatives that drive the strategy of this business unit.
This is a critical position where you can make a meaningful difference and drive the financial success of our business.What you will do: Lead finance support for the Supplements business unit, ensuring detailed execution of its financial processes and controlsCollaborate with the Supplements GM and their product management team on revenue forecasting, financial analyses and strategic decision-makingLead preparation and development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Strategic Operating Plan (STRAP), and monthly & quarterly business reviewsDevelop and manage the Senior Financial Analyst supporting the businessProvide timely financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and drive business performanceCollaborate cross-functionally to develop financial strategies and optimize profitabilityUnderstand and deploy the best methods to effectively communicate complex data and topicsIdentify, communicate, and manage risk & opportunitiesParticipate in and lead strategic improvement initiatives within the businessHow will you get here:EducationAn undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experienceExperienceMinimum of 5-7 years of business and Finance experiencePrior experience in a large global company and highly matrixed organizationProficient at understanding and proactively presenting the financial implications of business decisions and dynamicsKnowledge, Skills, AbilitiesDemonstrated proficiency in Excel for sophisticated financial analysis, reporting, and modeling; prior exposure to PowerBI, Hyperion, and Cognos is preferredProven business partner with ability to influence indirectly and partner with leadershipIntellectual curiosity, versatility, & adaptabilityStrong desire to formulate and drive operational improvements and challenge the status quoAbility to learn quickly and succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic organizationAttention to detail and perseverance in delivering high-quality workGood understanding of business processes, operations, and financial controlsSkilled in effectively communicating information to various levels of management and capable of confidently expressing independent viewpoints Travel requirementsUp to 5-10% domestic/international travel requiredCompensation and BenefitsThe salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $130,000.00–$200,000.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
