Sr Manager, Employee Relations
Must Have:
7 years experience in Employee Relations
Solid ER experience in Pharma industry, supporting functions in Commercial, Research, Manufacturing, Med Affairs, Regulatory and International
Ability to work independently, cross functionally, multi-task, project management skills, good
excellent communication and report writing skills, and change agility
Previously managed an ER team and high case volume
Digital Literacy experience required including Microsoft, Workday, Analytic dashboarding
Human resources experience, including experience implementing HR strategies, expertise in the areas of employee experience, talent mobility, organizational effectiveness, management development and change management
Bachelor’s degree required
