Job Description:
As the Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A, you will play a pivotal role in Visa's financial strategy and decision-making processes. You will lead comprehensive financial modeling and analysis, consolidating multi-year forecasts and annual budgets. This role is instrumental in preparing internal and external financial reports, supporting senior executives with actionable insights, and driving enhancements in Visa's financial processes and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with Corporate FP&A teams, Treasury, Controllership, Tax, and Regional FP&A to provide a holistic view of Visa's financial performance.
Develop quarterly materials for the Board of Directors and support Investor Relations in preparing earnings releases.
Deepen understanding of Visa's revenue and expense drivers through robust financial modeling and analytics, translating complex data into clear narratives for executive stakeholders.
Facilitate core FP&A processes including quarterly forecasts, annual planning, and multi-year projections, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications: 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or 5+ years with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 2+ years with a PhD.
Preferred Qualifications: 9+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or 7+ years with an Advanced Degree, or 3+ years with a PhD.
Strong background in Corporate FP&A, strategy, management consulting, or investment banking preferred.
Exceptional analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strategic thinker with a keen business acumen and ability to anticipate future challenges.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively across all organizational levels.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, exercise good judgment, and mentor junior team members.
Commitment to integrity and teamwork, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Additional Information:
Work Environment: Hybrid position with flexibility to work remotely and in-office based on business needs.
Travel: Minimal travel required (5-10%).
Salary Range: Estimated between $133,000 to $192,950 USD per year, inclusive of potential incentives.
