About the Job
We're seeking a Senior Manager to join our Pricing, Analytics & Contract Management (PACM) team within the US Market Access organization. Reporting to the Director of Rebate and Chargeback Operations, this pivotal role requires someone with a deep understanding of the 340B program, coupled with a passion for leveraging technology to drive operational efficiencies and foster innovation.
About the Role:
As the Senior Manager, you'll collaborate closely with senior Commercial leadership, utilizing your expertise to ensure compliance with 340B regulations and guidelines. You'll play a crucial role in identifying trends, communicating insights to key stakeholders, and developing advanced analytics capabilities to support our expansion into new disease areas. Your meticulous attention to detail will be instrumental in mitigating revenue leakage and enhancing our 340B disputes and resolution processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stay abreast of 340B program regulations and guidelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess potential impacts and educate internal stakeholders.
- Manage 340B Customer Master eligibility status and pricing, ensuring accurate communication to wholesalers.
- Identify and address potential duplicate discounts, working closely with internal teams to resolve disputes and monitor trends.
- Develop sophisticated excel models for analysis and deliver presentations to senior leadership.
- Update and enhance Covered Entity leakage dispute and audit processes in compliance with organizational standards.
- Collaborate with Data & Technology Enablement teams to improve reporting and analytics capabilities.
- Participate in system implementation efforts and lead cross-functional projects as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technological discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in the US pharmaceutical industry with a focus on 340B program compliance and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in managed care contract admin technology and data analysis tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, or similar).
- Experience in biotech/pharmaceuticals with direct reports and quantitative decision support experience.
- Project management experience.
- US product launch experience, preferably in cell and gene therapy.
Pay Range:
$149,360 - $224,040
