The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation support, with a strong background in case management, legal research, and trial preparation. Responsibilities include drafting and filing legal documents, managing discovery processes, coordinating with clients and witnesses, and assisting attorneys during trials. The candidate must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills. Proficiency in legal software and a thorough understanding of local court procedures are essential.
