We're an innovative new plaintiff firm specializing in Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) cases, dedicated to making a powerful, positive impact on our clients' lives. As one of our first five attorneys, you'll be part of a team setting the standard in TBI law, working directly with our reputable founding partner to manage 500+ high-net-worth cases. This role offers the chance to make a real difference for our clients while advancing your career in a dynamic environment.
In This Role, You Will- Manage high-stakes personal injury cases, conducting research, preparing legal documents, and building a case strategy from start to finish.
- Represent clients in mediations, negotiations, and trials, standing as a strong advocate in the courtroom.
- Develop deep client relationships, guiding them through their cases with skill and empathy.
- Stay current with evolving personal injury law, focusing on TBI advancements to deliver top-notch results.
- You'll bring a JD from an accredited law school and active admission to the California State Bar
- 4+ years of experience in personal injury and civil litigation
- If you have exceptional research, writing, and interpersonal skills, along with a drive to make a difference, you'll be a perfect fit.
