GPAC is partnering with a leading Financial company that is looking for a Senior Lending Officer

As a Sr. Lending Officer, you will be responsible for the overall management and performance of the Lending Department.
Essential Job Functions:
- Builds relationships with key members of the community, building a network while continuing to service the needs of existing customers.
- Lead, manage, and drive sales activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, community, and bank partners.
- Conduct regular sales meetings.
- Analyze loan reports.
Experience:
- 4yr college degree in business/finance or related field.
- 8+ years experience in lending, commercial, and agricultural financing.
Skills:
- Excellent written, communication and negotiating skills.
- Detail-oriented and analytical mindset
- Self-starter with immense initiative
- Skilled in building teams and leading high-performing teams
