Title: Sr. ITSM System Administrator
Location: Southlake, TX
Duration: 6+ months
Rate: Market (w2/ 1099 only)
Job Details: ServiceNow System Administrator responsible for supporting the ServiceNow environments and implementing new functionality.
Member of the team responsible for implementing IT Service Management processes in the ServiceNow tool, including customizing data fields, workflows, and automation.
Required Skills:
Minimum 4 years related experience.
At least 2 years' experience with the ServiceNow tool.
At least 3 years' working in an ITIL aligned environment.
Notes: Systems Administrator will be heavily involved with implementing a new incident management tool. ServiceNow is the tool, and the candidate needs 2 years of experience with administration of that tool. ITIL certifications a plus.
