Sr. IT Support Technician
Location: Palo Alto, Ca.
Onsite - Direct Hire
Salary: $85k - $110k per annum

Responsibilities:
- Onsite Hardware / Desktop support experience (90% of this job). Oversee the resolution of Hardware or Software that supports critical business needs - installation and rollout of new sw packages, upgrades and new desktop hw to include configurations of netwroking printing.
- Implement / Maintain quality control processes to ensure the highest standards in A/V delivery.
- Providing Level 1 - 3 user support, system admin, and network admin.
- Taking charge of IT helpdesk support services: laptops, desktops running Windows, Apple, and Linux.
- Support experience with user devices such as smartphones and tablets.
- Front line for C-Suite Level Executive support issues by ensuring swift action is taken and resolution is communicated in a clear and concise manner resulting in a 100% customer satisfaction from Executive Staff.
- Identify network issues, experience with Network Configurations such as TCP/IP, DHCP, WLAN, WAN, and LAN.
- Utilize desktop and user admin tools including Active Directory, SCCM, JAMF, Windows Server.
