Position Responsibilities 

• Guide the strategic planning and allocation of IT resources, ensuring projects are fully supported and deadlines met.

• Manage and mentor IT team members, providing feedback, growth opportunities and performance evaluations.

• Partner with project managers to match resources with project needs, balancing timelines and budgets.

• Set and track key performance metrics, providing regular updates to IT management.

• Oversee the IT budget, aligning spending with strategic goals for maximum impact.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.

• 7+ years of experience in IT resource management or a similar role.

• Strong leadership, communication and team-building skills.

• Experience with resource management tools.
