Position Title: SR IT ENT APP Analyst
Location: Los Angeles, CA, 90012
Duration: Upto 6 months
Work Schedule: the work schedule is a 9/80 schedule starting as early as 7:00am – 4:45pm with every other Friday off.
The SR IT ENT APP ANALYST will be responsible for supporting HR, Benefits and Payroll modules in PeopleSoft (PS). This will include working with business users to understand the requirements and design, build, integrate and implement solutions. Additional responsibilities include implementing new functionalities, participating in upgrading applications and keeping up to date on tools & technologies. Experience in North American Payroll, People Tools, SQR, SQL and XML are required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Principles, practices, and procedures of Information Technology; operational characteristics, methods, and techniques to analyze, design, develop, test, and implement applications; use of stored procedures and parameters to manipulate relational database objects, query and reports; technical framework for Enterprise Resource Planning and Human Resources systems to modify or extend functionality; use and extend object classes within systems framework; Information Technology methods and procedures, including systems life cycles and applications development; business knowledge of one to two modules; and current office technology and equipment.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS: Valid California Class C Driver

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Performs technical configurations, customizations, and extends commercial off the shelf enterprise resource planning software in three or more modules and stand-alone applications.
- Defines, designs, develops and deploys enhancements and reports utilizing three or more modules and stand alone applications; ensures compliance with applicable specifications and standards.
- Provides resolution to tickets having significant impact with high visibility to multiple customers requiring lengthy or involved installation; may require action by several groups, multiple releases against one ticket, and complex back out procedures.
- Troubleshoot software application problems; identifies, recommends and implements system improvements, modifications, and upgrades involving three or more modules and stand-alone applications. Develops user and technical documentation and provides training to system users.
- Researches, evaluates, tests and implements patches and system upgrades involving three or more modules and stand-alone applications.
- Participates in professional group meetings; stays abreast of new trends and innovations in their area of responsibility.
- Acts as Project Manager; plans, coordinates, and conducts projects within area of responsibility, including monitoring scope, quality, budget, and schedule.
- Performs other related Information Technology Enterprise Application Analyst job duties as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and 6 years of relevant experience; or master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and 6 years of relevant experience
- The hiring manager is asking for the candidate to have a minimum of 10 years of PS technical development, a minimum 3 years on PS HCM version 9.2 and tools 8.58 or above. Experience (3yrs) supporting NA Payroll, Tax updates, PUM upgrade and Fluid is required
- INTERMEDIATE KNOWLEDGE: North American Payroll, People Tools, SQR, SQL, XML ,Benefits and Payroll modules in PeopleSoft (PS) are required.
- Personable, Flexible, Multitask and Handles pressure well.
- Detail orient, organized, strong written and verbal communication skills a must.
- Valid CA driver license.
- Local Candidates (So Cal)
- No Cal PERS membership
