We are looking for a Sr. IT Business Analyst - Corporate to join our A-team (hybrid*/remote). As a Sr IT Business Analyst - Corporate at Allucent, you are responsible for supporting and optimizing corporate systems at Allucent. This position will focus on the analysis, design, and implementation of solutions that enhance key corporate functions such as Finance, HR, Resource Management, Procurement, and Legal. The Senior IT Business Analyst will have extensive experience working with corporate systems such as ERP, HRIS, financial systems, and other enterprise applications. They will collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, improve processes, and implement technology solutions that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. This role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and a deep understanding of corporate functions in a CRO setting.
In this role your key tasks will include:
- Collaborate with corporate stakeholders to understand needs and document detailed requirements for corporate systems.
- Lead initiatives to implement and enhance corporate systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Serve as a liaison between corporate departments, IT, and external vendors to ensure seamless communication and successful project delivery.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve business processes within corporate functions, recommending system enhancements to drive efficiency and compliance.
- Provide training, support, and troubleshooting for corporate system users to ensure optimal use and adoption across the organization.
- Oversee data integrity, ensure proper data governance practices are followed, and support reporting needs for corporate systems.
- Ensure corporate systems meet regulatory requirements, particularly those related to financial reporting, data privacy, and HR compliance.
- Lead small to medium-sized projects related to corporate systems, managing timelines, resources, and vendor relations to ensure successful outcomes.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides to support ongoing operations and audits.
- Work with finance, resource management, HR, legal, and procurement teams to align corporate systems with overall business strategies and objectives.
- Review, improve and evaluate IT processes and procedures within the Quality Management System.
- Contribute to other areas of business as required
Requirements
To be successful you will possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role within the CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industries, with a focus on corporate systems (ERP, HRIS, financial systems, resource management).
- Strong understanding of enterprise system configuration, data analysis, and system interfaces.
- Experience with reporting tools and data analysis is a plus.
- Familiarity with corporate functions such as finance, HR, resource management, and procurement, especially within a regulated environment.
- Experience managing system implementation and enhancement projects within a corporate setting.
- Experience working with external vendors and managing third-party system implementations and support.
- Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is also beneficial.
