Achieva Insurance Agency is a fast-paced agency in the Tampa Bay area and need a goal-orientated, hard-working individual to help us expand our market share. As a subsidiary of Achieva Credit Union, a 180,000-member strong credit union with over $2.7 billon in assets, Achieva Insurance Agency receives a high volume of prospects daily insuring your success in maximizing commissions. This is an on-site position located in the heart of South Tampa!

SUMMARY

The Agency Producer position is responsible for outstanding customer service related to existing and new customers. This position actively seeks new business from existing customers and new business lead generation opportunities.

POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Develop and qualify leads to drive additional sales opportunities through cold-calling, networking and other lead generation opportunities.

o Work with management and team members to meet and exceed production goals.

o Initiate quotes when policies need to be written or upgraded.

o Cross-sell insurance to existing policyholders.

o Review a customer’s policy and be able endorse or write a policy that needs to be iniitiated or upgraded.

o Fulfill all policy requirements.

· Maximize growth and client retention through superior customer service.

o Provide excellent customer service, including answering calls, managing complaints, and responding to customer inquiries.

o Provide customers with detailed information about policies and products, recommending available products based on client needs.

o Create new insurance policies for clients, collecting all necessary information and filling out all the required paperwork.

o Respond to client and insurance carrier emails promptly and professionally.

· Perform various clerical tasks in the office including but not limited to answering phones, typing up documents and

• • Invoice transactions accurately, including new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and audits using AMS.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in business, or equivalent
• 7+ year’s insurance sales and customer service experience
• Active Florida Insurance License (220)

SALARY RANGE

$65,000 TO $75,000 plus incentives.
