Sr Injection Molding Project Manager - Entegee

Summary: Senior Project Manager with expertise in injection molding to manage manufacturing and facility projects at plastic component plants.

Responsibilities:

• Manage manufacturing and facility projects, including deliverables, RFQ distribution, planning, resource selection, budgeting, and on-time completion.

• Lead technicians to improve manufacturability of plastic component processes and equipment.

• Support maintenance and processing departments with training and engineering activities.

• Analyze performance issues for root cause solutions; maintain documentation including all drawings and database listings.

• Communicate with Engineering Managers regarding manufacturing and facility project issues and suggestions.

• Drive continuous improvement to reduce setup time, scrap, improve processing, and increase product yield.

Requirements:

• BS in Engineering

• Minimum 3 years of related experience

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of injection molding machines and process

• Experience in project management or project management certification

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD and Inventor

• Strong organizational skills

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel as needed (50%)

• Ability to rent vehicles for company-related travel

 

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
