About the Job
Duties & Responsibilities:
+ Design, implement, and manage MDM solutions using Informatica MDM SaaS platforms
+ Develop data models, workflows, and hierarchies for master data entities (e.g., customers, products, suppliers).
+ Optimize and maintain data governance and stewardship processes within the MDM ecosystem.
+ Develop and maintain integrations between MDM systems and AWS cloud services (e.g., S3, Lambda, Glue, Redshift, DynamoDB).
+ Implement scalable ETL pipelines and APIs for data ingestion, transformation, and distribution.
+ Leverage AWS services to ensure high availability, security, and performance of MDM systems.
+ Implement data quality rules, validation processes, and exception handling.
+ Collaborate with data governance teams to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulations.
+ Monitor and resolve data issues, ensuring accurate and consistent master data across systems.
+ Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for MDM initiatives.
+ Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
+ Optimize system performance and scalability to meet evolving business needs.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field or High School Diploma/GED from accredited institution with equivalent work experience.
+ 5+ years of experience in MDM development and implementation.
+ Proficiency in AWS services (e.g., S3, Lambda, Glue, Redshift, DynamoDB).
+ Hands-on experience with MDM SaaS platforms, Informatica.
+ Strong expertise in SQL, data modeling, and data integration techniques.
+ Experience with API development and integration (REST, SOAP).
+ Knowledge of data quality management and data governance principles.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer).
+ Experience with Python, Java, or similar programming languages.
+ Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
+ Problem-solving and analytical skills.
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
+ Strong organizational and project management skills.
