BISSELL, a leading global organization in cleaning solutions since 1876, is seeking a strategic and innovative Senior Influencer Marketing Specialist to spearhead influencer and affiliate marketing initiatives.
We're in search of an organized and proactive individual with a passion for driving growth through impactful influencer programing, including building strategies and executing tactics to grow and optimize our affiliate partnerships. Reporting into the Social Media + Content Manager, this role will oversee BISSELL’s Influencer and affiliate efforts. The ideal candidate will be a pet enthusiast and #cleantok leader, adept at building influencer strategies and managing agency partnerships.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute world-class influencer programs, focusing on new advertisers and revenue growth.
- Lead the day-to-day of BISSELL’s influencer program strategy, managing partnerships across all tiers of influencers and affiliates to amplify brand presence and enhance marketing efficiency.
- Manage the affiliate partner commerce and commissions goals. This individual has experience creating win - win affiliate relationships to drive significant growth in BISSELL’s affiliate revenue.
- Provide creative input to evolve influencer initiatives, maximizing effectiveness for core products through earned and paid efforts.
- Proficient in influencer marketing reporting and KPIs, adapting to new reporting and management tools as necessary.
- Stay abreast of competitive influencer and affiliate landscape, norms, and best practices.
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit and organizational skills, effectively prioritizing and managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Generate qualitative reports on influencer and affiliate industry trends and opportunities, informing strategic decision-making.
- Research, vet, brief, and contract partnerships for campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
- Build and own reporting/dashboards to communicate forecasts of affiliate performance to the broader leadership team.
- Utilize analytics platforms to glean insights and trends for best-in-class programming.
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing team to drive the TikTok Shop program.
- Identify and leverage trending influencers and tastemakers for creative and impactful brand connections.
- Embody a dynamic and energetic culture, demonstrating a future-forward approach and a penchant for innovation.

Required Experience / Education:
- Degree minimum: Bachelor’s Degree
- Specific concentration: Business, advertising, marketing, communications, etc
- Experience level: 4-6 years
- Has managed Influencer agency supporting high volume of influencer partnerships at a given moment.
- Experience using influencer & Affiliate tools like Aspire, Tagger, Pepperam, Amazon Affiliate Program, LTK, etc.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, database management, as well as project management and skills is required
