Job Description:
The Sr. Human Resources Generalist provides administrative support for all stakeholders in the organization. This position requires a candidate who is knowledgeable in human resources issues including but not limited to ADA, AAP, EEO, FLSA and FMLA.
As the successful applicant in this position, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining a welcoming and exciting workplace for our team members and will be responsible for administering employee benefits, leave, and managing and evolving relevant HR policies.
The ideal candidate brings expertise in building trusting relationships at all levels.

Essential Functions:
• Support relations by providing excellent customer service to employees with questions, concerns, or issues
• Aid and counsel to management on employee relations, investigate and resolve employee concerns
• Collaborate with managers to define and develop job competencies, skills, and behaviors
• Source and screen candidates for hourly and salary positions; to include working closely with employment agencies as needed
• Conduct new hire check-in meetings and exit interviews
• Execute on-boarding process for both exempt and non-exempt positions
• Manage and maintain employee training records, personnel records and all other records related to Human Resources
• Act as the main point of contact for employees' queries on HR-related topics such as health insurance, State Leave, and Disability
• Assist with employment verifications as requested by outside agencies
• Report annual EEO-1, AAP and other government or compliance related reporting requirements

• Support the performance review process.
• Advise managers on employment practices and policies to ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.
• Assist the Payroll Representative with payroll processing as needed
• Bring a fresh perspective to identify and develop strategies to improve our exciting HR process and operations
Required Skills/Qualifications:
• 3 or more years of HR Generalist experience in a fast-paced work environment
• Enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal employment programs and practices
• Ability to exercise a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and collaboration in dealing with individuals at all levels.
• Must be able to manage highly sensitive and confidential communications with discretion and integrity
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills necessary
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
Desired Skills/Qualifications:
• Basic knowledge of Ceridian Dayforce desired
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment desired
