Title: Senior Human Resources Generalist
Location: Southeastern United States (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full-Time/Perm
Description:
• We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to manage and support a wide range of HR functions.
• This role involves employee relations, recruiting, compliance, training, and fostering a culture of inclusiveness.
• The Senior HR Generalist will collaborate with various teams to improve HR processes and ensure adherence to employment laws and organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Essential Duties:
• Manage moderately complex HR matters and provide guidance based on policies and procedures.
• Respond to employee inquiries and ensure proper documentation in HR systems.
• Collaborate on Workers' Compensation claims, leave management, and ADA accommodation requests.
• Maintain HR files, including personnel, medical, and compliance-related records.
• Partner with HR leadership to address personnel changes and termination processes.
• Schedule, coordinate, and track employee training programs.
• Conduct exit surveys and interviews for non-managerial roles and suggest process improvements.
Employee Relations:
• Support employees and managers on HR issues, escalating sensitive matters when needed.
• Guide managers on disciplinary actions below final warnings and document performance reviews.
• Assist in workplace investigations and ensure appropriate documentation.
Staffing & Recruiting:
• Collaborate with talent acquisition teams to fill open positions and develop job descriptions.
• Advise on compensation based on market analysis and internal equity.
• Conduct interviews and support the hiring of qualified candidates.
General Duties:
• Coordinate HR projects, such as benefits enrollment, company events, and process improvements.
• Compile data for statistical reporting and assist with HR metrics analysis.
• Promote inclusiveness and engagement across the organization.
• Stay informed about trends, best practices, and regulations in HR and employment law.
Required Skills:
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
• Adaptability to changes and competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism in all HR matters.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex issues.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
Desired Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Over three years of HR experience, with a preference for PHR certification.
• Self-directed with a customer service mindset and collaborative approach.
• Experience in managing HR programs and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
Compensation:
Pay Range: $59500K-$85000K
