Vaco Los Angeles is partnering with a company in the food distribution industry who is looking for a qualified Sr. HR Generalist to help cover a paternity leave. As the Sr. HR Generalist your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, payroll processing, and heavy employee relations. This opportunity is located in El Segundo and will be fully in the office. This opportunity will be a two month temp assignment covering and leave and is looking to pay between $40-$45/hr for the right candidates!

Job Specifics:
- Managing Hiring process from recruiting efforts to onboarding and new hire orientation
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Heavy employee relations efforts
- Experience with Payroll processing is a must for this role
- 4 plus years of HR experience required for role
- Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred
- Experience using ADP Workforce Now highly preferred
- Degree in HR or related field or HR Certification preferred
