Sr. HR Generalist - Ontellus

Administers daily procedures and policies relating to all phases of Human Resources by performing the following duties:

BA/BS Human Resources or Business-related curriculum required.

Minimum of 5 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong knowledge of California employment law is required.

Partners with internal stakeholders understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.

Strong oral and written communication/presentation skills.

Outstanding interpersonal skill with, peers, superiors, vendors, and other partners.

Strong computer skills to include strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines.

Ability to travel to other business units.

SHRM CP or PHR certification preferred.

Knowledge of HRIS systems, Paycom preferred.
