Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including payroll processing, reconciliation, and coordination of 401(k) updates and audits.
Oversee employee benefits programs, facilitate open enrollment, and address any benefit-related inquiries.
Lead recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, onboarding, and training coordination.
Provide guidance on employee relations, policy interpretation, and disciplinary actions. Conduct exit interviews and assist with termination processes.
Develop and maintain HR policies and the employee handbook, ensuring consistent application and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Stay updated on federal, state, and multi-state employment laws to ensure ongoing compliance.
Maintain accurate employee personnel records in accordance with retention requirements.
Plan and facilitate employee training and development programs.
Support cross-functional projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, including benefits administration, payroll, and employee relations.
Experience with Paylocity is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills.
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
Travel up to 10-15% may be required to support hiring events or special projects at other locations.
