Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full lifecycle of telehealth and vendor technology projects—from initiation to successful deployment.
• Develop and implement protocols and guidelines for telehealth services and vendor technologies.
• Lead virtual care implementation and integration efforts with new hospital acquisitions.
• Ensure all projects comply with telemedicine regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT teams, clinical staff, and external vendors to deliver seamless telehealth solutions.
• Mentor and coach telehealth providers to enhance clinical workflows and patient experience.
• Manage project risks, scope changes, and resource allocation effectively to meet timelines and budget constraints.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 7+ years as a Senior Project Manager in healthcare innovation, specifically with telehealth and vendor technology integration in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Certifications: PMP certification is required; Certified Scrum Master is a plus.
• Expertise: Strong background in virtual care projects, telehealth regulations, and clinical workflow optimization.
• Additional Skills: Experience with mergers and acquisitions in the healthcare sector is highly beneficial.
• Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of healthcare vendor technology applications.
