This role will be mostly remote but requires some travel to the central florida area

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full lifecycle of telehealth and vendor technology projects—from initiation to successful deployment.
- Develop and implement protocols and guidelines for telehealth services and vendor technologies.
- Lead virtual care implementation and integration efforts with new hospital acquisitions.
- Ensure all projects comply with telemedicine regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT teams, clinical staff, and external vendors to deliver seamless telehealth solutions.
- Mentor and coach telehealth providers to enhance clinical workflows and patient experience.
- Manage project risks, scope changes, and resource allocation effectively to meet timelines and budget constraints.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 7+ years as a Senior Project Manager in healthcare innovation, specifically with telehealth and vendor technology integration in inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Certifications: PMP certification is required; Certified Scrum Master is a plus.
- Expertise: Strong background in virtual care projects, telehealth regulations, and clinical workflow optimization.
- Additional Skills: Experience with mergers and acquisitions in the healthcare sector is highly beneficial.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of healthcare vendor technology applications.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, IT, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor staff effectively.
- Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory compliance, audit documentation, and industry best practices.
