Sr. Healthcare Infrastructure Project Manager - Tandym

A health services organization in New York City is currently an experienced professional to join their growing team as their new Senior Infrastructure Project Manager. In this role, the Senior IT Project Manager will be responsible for managing, planning, tracking, and coordinating the delivery of projects that involve IT-related activity.

***This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite in Midtown Manhattan at least 2 days a week.***

Responsibilities:

• Managing all aspects of a project, establishing timelines, and ensuring project deadlines are met
• Managing multiple initiatives and partnering with multiple project team
• Working with stakeholders to define and agree on project scope and requirements
• Managing the execution of work, including tracking team progress, routing deliverables for review and approval and monitoring scope
• Actively monitoring project risks/issues, escalating in a timely manner, and driving teams to effective solutions
• Proactively identifying recommendations to make the solution better
• Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• 12+ years of Project Management experience
• Working knowledge of Epic
• Extensive Technical background in all IT areas, including Network Infrastructure (and Security), Server Technology, Desktop Technology, & Healthcare experience
• Solid understanding of Project Management methodology, including the ability to identify & resolve issues, manage risk, and develop detailed work plans
• Excellent leadership skills

• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized
