About the Job
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in a pivotal role focused on fulfilling requests pertaining to Provider Network reporting needs. As the Provider Network Reporting Analyst, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our Marketplace network health by identifying and implementing insightful reports and dashboards.
Key Responsibilities:
Fulfill requests for Provider Network reporting, including ad hoc reports.
Proactively identify and develop reports and dashboards to track and improve Marketplace network health.
Analyze network data to identify areas for improvement, such as out-of-network providers, network adequacy, and provider utilization.
Provide actionable insights to enhance the health of Marketplace networks.
Qualifications and Experience:
Intermediate or above proficiency in SQL, PowerBI, and/or Azure Databricks.
Demonstrated experience in data analysis and reporting.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight turnaround times.
Previous experience in healthcare analytics is preferred.
Proficiency in analyzing complex healthcare claims, pharmacy, and lab data.
Familiarity with Medical Economics and Performance Indicators is advantageous.
Experience in evaluating, writing, and presenting healthcare utilization and cost containment reports.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Develop ad-hoc reports using SQL programming and other analytical tools.
Generate and distribute standard reports using SQL, Excel, and other reporting software.
Create databases and reporting tools for monitoring, tracking, and trending.
Collect and document report requirements to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Analyze data sets and trends to identify anomalies and opportunities.
Assist with special projects as requested.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or Computer Science.
5-7 years of experience in database management and data analysis.
Basic knowledge of SQL is required.
Healthcare experience is preferred.
Experience with BI tools is advantageous.
