We are currently hiring a Group Account Director. The Group Account Director will have primary responsibility for shaping digital marketing and media campaigns, websites, branding, product launches, videos and implementing new ideas to meet evolving customer needs. Healthcare experience is required.
This position requires an adept Group Account Director who will drive company revenue goals by ensuring that clients experience exemplary service and outcomes. Prior work experience at a marketing, advertising, communication or digital agency in a client facing role is an absolute must to be successful in this role. The ideal candidate will have a track record of cultivating account growth through thoughtful, creative and solution-based client strategy.
Responsibilities:
Be part of an innovative account team and own a portfolio of current client accounts. Continually build on understanding and uncovering business goals.
Independently act as primary strategic contact for assigned accounts and create account strategies, leading projects from conception to final execution
Oversee overall account and plan strategy, account direction and account growth
Lead strategic planning, development and creative project execution and provide clients with strategic input and subject matter expertise
Support and grow client relationships via regular check-ins and collaboration with client and production teams; Complete all related deliverables necessary to ensure outstanding client service in a timely and insightful manner.
Prepare thorough and persuasive emails, SOWs, and other documents to drive client buy-in.
Develop knowledge of clients’ business, competitive challenges, and how key strategic issues could impact client/agency objectives.
Keep supervisor and management fully informed of account challenges and opportunities.
Required Skills and Experience:
8 years of relevant client facing work experience required.
Agency experience required.
B2B or B2B2C experience preferred.
Experience producing agreements and proposals required.
Strategic development within marketing or advertising agencies
The ability to plan and strategize at a senior level
