Sr. Functional Analyst (Taleo) at Midtown Personnel

One of our federal clients is looking for an impressive senior functional analyst to support a Taleo Enterprise Edition Integration as well as report development with Taleo Connect and Oracle Analytics Server applications in a Windows environment.

This individual will be responsible for ensuring seamless integrations, developing reports, and performing end-to-end testing of said Integrations and Reports.

This role will interview and start ASAP and last at least through September 2025!

REQUIREMENTS and EXPERIENCE:

• The ability to modify Integrations and create new Integrations as well as configure Taleo integration settings and APIs
• Possess experience with developing reports and responding to ad-hoc data requests
• Create detailed documentation of integration processes, data flows, and system configuration
• Provide training sessions for relevant staff on the integrated systems
• Data migration report confirming successful transfer of data
• Other duties as assigned
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Design, create and test assigned Integrations.
• Design, create and test assigned Reports.
• Document project deliverables such as requirements specifications, design and test results.
• Prepare and deliver documents for peer review.
• Monitor related issues during the various project phases and work with the team on the issue resolution.
