Position Description
As a Senior Functional Analyst, you ll offer advice and expertise to help improve business performance in terms of operations, profitability, management, structure, and strategy. Assisting clients in the implementation and support of PeopleSoft Enterprise HR modules throughout the project lifecycle, activities include requirements analysis, system design, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and working with team members on activities spanning all project phases. Additional tasks include developing system requirements specifications, test plans, and detailed system architecture and system design documentation. Candidates must communicate clearly and effectively with team members/leads and clients, demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and build confidence and trust with customers and team members.

Required Skills
- Bachelor s Degree
- Experience working with PeopleSoft HCM for Federal customers 10 15 years
- Experience with HC Shared Services 10 15 years
- Work supporting federal HC process improvement initiatives in various parts of the HR life cycle for several different federal agencies 10-15 years
- Working knowledge of PeopleTools to assist with trouble-shooting/issue resolution
- Excellent customer relationship management skills including effective oral and written communications 10 15 years
- Strong analytical skills; ability to research issues and provide solutions 10 15 years
- Engage with client stakeholders and customers to determine appropriate process improvements 10 15 years
- Capacity and willingness to learn complex business rules and apply them to system processes and support 10 15 years
- Preferred Master s Degree or higher
- HC Transformation work that is the result of performance management and/or benchmarking initiatives 5 10 years
- Experience with Merit System Principles 5 10 years
- Develop business cases and multi-year strategic improvement road maps 5 15 years
- Experience assisting with various areas of complex projects
