Job Details
Organize financial & industrial controlling processes, treasury management to support the Regional Lead and Finance Lead monitoring target achievements, gap analysis and actionable corrective plans. Ensure the definition of standards, procedures, KPI for the relevant operational processes in line with the business targets (e.g., Sales growth, EBIT, ROI on Capex, inventories/NWC, COGS and SG&A cost efficiency expected targets). Provide timely, accurate and detailed data analytics to ensure control and gap analysis and to support the Regional Lead in implementing required corrective actions and/or process improvement plans. Create commitment on priorities, standards and targets; ownership; facts & figures based.
Provides financial and controlling services, driving preparation of all related forecasts, reports, and analytics, directing and coordinating the work of Regional Finance team. Provide definition of standards, procedures, KPIs and implement consistent reporting system for the relevant processes - in line with the business operational excellence & cost efficiency goals and in agreement with Group/KWS F&A requirements, ensuring coherence, timeliness, accuracy of data communication; plus, emotional intelligence supporting business partnership.
Guarantees accountability of all data and compliance with Dormakaba reporting requirements, taking care of Group / Segment timelines and of the relationships with auditors and external entities. Ensure maintenance and development of reporting & controlling systems (data aggregation, level of required details, timetables)
Coordinate preparation and analysis of Budget/Forecast, in line with NAR business plans, ensuring seamless integration with controlling & reporting processes as well as support and financial expertise to KS NAR Senior Management team, compliance with Dormakaba guidelines and process steered by SVP KWS Finance. Coordinate the month-end, monthly/quarterly rolling and year-end closing process.
Monitors sales, profitability, treasury and expense forecasts analyzing gaps vs. budget and providing support to the involved function/processes to implement corrective actions. Oversees monthly financial & other analysis.
Coordinates Industrial & Sales controlling, data analysis and support for corrective actions.
Prepares and directs reports, which summarize and forecast the company’s business activity and financial position in areas of income, asset allocation, and cash flow, based on historical, current and expected operations. Provide inputs for improvement plans, gap analysis and corrective actions.
Ensure data analysis by cost center / process / product (code-unit to cluster) / investment project and other relevant aggregations, formalizing results, and eventual gap root-cause analytics.
Ensure business operations performance KPIs monitoring and data collection (in cooperation with relevant Dept. Leads). Understand impact of product/process/organization innovation on process KPIs and product costing.
Ensure definition of standard direct costs for materials, product unit, processes and monitor deviances and identify - in agreement with KS NA F&A and Industrial Operations - allocation criteria for overheads / indirect costs, controlling absorption ratios and deviances. Propose forecasting analysis for make/buy and investment projects to identify impact on product/process costing. Support GBOs and Regional Marketing providing product costing for new product development.
Manage investment application process, gathering relevant data and systems / procedure implementation. Monitor investment costs/results progress and relevant IRR, collecting information to prevent and correct possible deviances.
Systematically analyze Finance process efficiency and effectiveness to ensure innovation and adoption of improvement or automation solutions.
