A professional services company in the Valley is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. In this newly created position, the Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for financial reporting, financial modeling, FP&A, and headcount planning and analysis. What do you need for this Senior Financial Analyst role?
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field
• 3+ years of finance experience
• Large company experience
• PE-backed FP&A experience a plus
• Advanced Excel
What will you do in this Senior Financial Analyst role?
• Act as finance SME for all SG&A cost centers
• Quarterly forecasting
• Review department financial performance
• Analyze historical data, trends, and budget variances
• Develop and track KPIs
• Build out headcount reporting and analyze related costs
• Identify areas to automate processes around headcount reporting
• Cost allocation maintenance and implementation
• Identify cost savings opportunities
• Project management around new strategic plans
