About the Job
We are looking for a collaborative and motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team.
Reporting to the Director, this position will play a vital role in financial planning by helping to create the monthly forecasts, annual operating plan (AOP), and long-range plan. Ultimately, this role will be the lead for global revenue planning and analyses.
_This role is considered Hybrid, which means the employee will work 2-3 days onsite at a Company designated location and occasionally from home._
What you’ll do
+ Build ILM’s global revenue scenarios for monthly reforecasts, AOP, and long-range plan.
+ Partner with Business Development team to gather and update bid assumptions.
+ Partner with Production Accounting team to gather EFCs on awarded projects.
+ Participate in special projects and assist in the development of ad-hoc financial presentations.
What we’re looking for
+ BA degree in Accounting or Finance and 3+ years of related accounting experience required
+ Demonstrated organizational skills; and able to remain flexible and adaptable while working under tight deadlines
+ Proven time management and multiple task management capabilities
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills required
+ Ability to prioritize work and attention to detail
+ Strong analytical and problem solving skills, involving complex issues in a fast-paced, unpredictable, ambiguous environment
+ Ability to manage extremely detailed, highly complex financial models
+ Advanced Excel skills
The hiring range for this position in San Francisco, CA is $113,200 to $138,200 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
