ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide analysis and reporting for all operational expenses by cost center.
- Partner with each cost center owner to understand trends, risks, opportunities and review monthly P&L.
- Support business planning and forecasts towards achieving organizational objectives, improving visibility and measurement of results.
- Review OpEx (operating expenses) during closing, post/reverse accruals as needed, identify items to be capitalized.
- Assist with external and internal audits by providing requisite details for succession completion of audit.
- Actively identifies ways to eliminate low-value work and leverages efficient automation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-5 years of experience working within a finance function supporting Operations and Executive Leadership
- Corporate Business Planning and Analysis experience required, including planning and forecasting, business case analysis, and financial modeling.
- Strong system skills working in ERPs, Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization such as Power BI.
- Creatively collect and analyze large amounts of data, developing clear conclusions and recommendations.
- Ability to clearly explain complex concepts, both written and verbally, to various levels within the organization.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, and strategically manage diverse range of focus areas.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and understanding of GAAP and financial statements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to interact with different management levels.

Salary range: $85,000-$95,000/year
