We are currently seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to join our team. You will be at the forefront of creating and implementing strategies to improve our financial results. As a Sr. Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting detailed financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and interpreting financial data. You will be working with a team of professionals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your hard work and dedication will be rewarded.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct detailed financial analysis to understand trends, identify opportunities, and make recommendations to improve financial performance
2. Develop and manage financial models for business forecasting
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data, identify key trends, and provide insight into business performance
4. Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
5. Identify potential lenders and serve as a liaison to facilitate closing of loans
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the Mortgage industry.
3. Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
4. Strong knowledge of financial reporting and data mining tools such as SQL, Access, etc.
