Position Overview:
As a Senior Financial Analyst Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in our Finance team, providing essential support in financial reporting and analysis. Reporting directly to the Senior Director, Finance, you will spearhead insightful analysis of specific operating companies and strategic initiatives, contributing to our monthly closing processes, quarterly and annual forecasting/planning, earnings releases, and business reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare comprehensive reports, conduct monthly performance analyses, and engage in ad-hoc modeling and reviews.
- Collaborate closely with Accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis peers to enhance monthly close processes and identify opportunities for efficiency enhancements.
- Take the lead in quarterly forecasting and annual operating plan processes, working in tandem with Financial Planning and Analysis counterparts.
- Develop robust reporting and analytics on key performance indicators and business drivers, including trend analyses.
- Provide vital support to AIS Presidents and Finance leaders on specific business initiatives, presentations, and analyses.
- Drive decision modeling and competitive intelligence, particularly in market share, fee structures, and strategic initiatives.
- Manage data gathering and analysis for quarterly and annual earnings releases.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Proven ability to initiate and develop meaningful analytics and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills, with the capacity to derive actionable insights from financial and operational data.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate key findings clearly and succinctly to business and finance stakeholders.
- Effective multitasking abilities, with a keen focus on process orientation and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and other relevant computer skills.

The base salary for this position ranges from $78,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
