Huntington is seeking a Senior Finance Segment/Region Liaison to support Information Technology. This position reports through the Information Technology CFO within Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis.  The range of responsibilities will include:

• Run monthly financial close & forecast procedures for the Technology Infrastructure and Production Support (TIPS) organization.
• Present regular financial performance reviews to Huntington’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO), with materials including detailed financial narrative, variance analysis, and robust list of risks & opportunities.
• Maintain disciplined expense management through formal spend approval requests and developing strong partnerships with Human Resources & Procurement.
• Partner with Technology Leadership to deliver top Technology & Segment priorities within budget, while looking to create opportunities for re-investment and expense synergies.
• Oversee forecasting of data center infrastructure capital & fixed assets, third party cloud providers, and enterprise license agreements
• Directly manage and mentor a team of 2-3 colleagues

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 8 years of financial analysis or finance related experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preference - Finance, Accounting, and/or Business. Finance experience supporting technology and financial services.  MBA is a plus.
• Understanding of GAAP treatment for IT labor capitalization & other technology expenses.
• Experience with application or platform Total Cost of Ownership.
• Experience with Office applications, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Hyperion Essbase/Smart View experience strongly preferred.
• Candidate must have ability to question status quo, be naturally inquisitive, comfortable with challenging in a constructive manner and being an active listener.
• Collaborative personality -- able to manage different points of view and able to build positive relationships inside and outside of the team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, as this position interfaces with Sr management.
• Ability to work and with large data sets and aggregate financial data from disparate sources.
• Flexibility to adapt to short timelines and manage multiple projects at one time.

Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)
