Kforce's client, an innovative and growing medical device firm located Oxford, MA is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst - Manufacturing Operations (Cost Accountant) to join their team. Provide financial analysis and support for manufacturing operations, focusing on cost accounting and financial performance
Ensure the company is compliant with SOX and other control policies
Analyze production cost
Develop and maintain financial models
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Support external audits
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in cost accounting and manufacturing finance
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes and reporting accuracy
Maintain general ledger

Requirements:

BS or BA in Finance or Accounting
5-7 years of experience in similar cost accounting position in a manufacturing environment
Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills; Experience with standard accounting software, Navision experience a plus
Strong understanding of manufacturing process, Cost structures and financial reporting
Knowledge of GAAP
Detail oriented
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
