What DOS command would you use to identify established TCP Connections? Answer: NETSTAT

Outlook randomly crashes. What steps would you perform to resolve this issue? Top answer: Disable Add-On’s one by one to see which one is causing the issue.

What command is used to identify network path to a server? TRACERT

What is the main cause for Windows Blue Screen? Poorly written device drivers or malfunctioning hardware, such as faulty memory, power supply issues, overheating of components, or hardware running beyond its specification limits

Customer laptop is running slowly. What are some steps you would take to improve performance? Delete programs you never use. Limit how many programs run at startup. Clean up your hard disk. Turn off visual effects, Make sure current drivers and updates are installed, Restart regularly.
