Apex Systems is looking for a Sr. Field/Desktop Support Technician for the Newark, CA area.

Technical Skills
- Windows operating systems experience
- Windows 7 troubleshooting experience required, windows 10 nice to have for re-imaging/migration
- Mac OS experience nice to have
- Proficient in troubleshooting Office 365
- Connecting to network/trouble-shooting
- Helping end-users with Wi-Fi connectivity
- Basic PowerShell knowledge for single line troubleshooting (preferred)
- Documentation skills a plus
- Clean driving record (<2 points)
- CompTIA A+ (nice to have)
