**Job Description:
** As a Senior CNC Field Service Technician at the Robert E. Morris Company, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our CNC equipment at our manufacturing customer locations. You will be responsible for installation, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of technical machine issues, encompassing electrical (high & low voltage), mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and machine control systems.
**Key Responsibilities:

**Technical Expertise:
** Utilize your extensive knowledge and experience to perform complex installations, troubleshooting, and repairs on CNC equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity for our customers.
**Customer Engagement:
** Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while interacting with manufacturing customers. Effectively communicate technical information and solutions to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
**Remote Dispatch:
** Work remotely from your primary residence to receive dispatches and plan daily service assignments. Maintain a well-organized schedule to ensure timely responses to customer requests.
**Equipment Maintenance:
** Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment issues and conduct thorough inspections to identify potential problems before they occur.
**Documentation:
** Accurately document all service activities, including equipment diagnostics, repairs performed, parts used, and other relevant information. Maintain detailed service records.
**Safety Compliance:
** Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols, both at the customer's site and within your primary residence, to ensure a safe working environment.
**Training and Development:
** Stay updated on the latest advancements in CNC technology and attend training sessions as required to enhance your skills and knowledge.
**Collaboration:
** Collaborate with our internal technical support team to resolve complex technical issues and provide feedback for product improvements.
**Qualifications:
**
Minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience as a Field Service Technician, working on CNC equipment and CNC equipment options and accessories.
Strong proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a remote work schedule effectively.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or degrees are a plus.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to travel to customer locations daily.
