V2Soft is hiring for an experienced Sr. Executive Assistant to support the Executive.
The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for Executive and should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the Executive's behalf.
Responsibilities:
- Calendar management for the Executive.
- Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of Executive.
- Draft documents and help the Executive with any necessary meeting preparations.
- Helping Executive in operational activities and also in tracking/following up all tasks.
- Supporting Executive with company's sales and marketing support activities.
- Conserves Executive 's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
- Maintains Executive 's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
- Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5 plus years experience working as an assistant for executives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Requires strong computer and Internet research skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, outside clients and vendors.
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
